Flowers in Residence

This collection is Momonary’s reflection on the way nature quietly settles into the city. A return to British community gardens of another century,
and the quiet everyday scenes of 1990s cinema.

In the garden, the flowers shift subtly from day to day. Branches are trimmed, plants watered, forgotten tools gathered and put away. The traces of nature and human hands intertwine, forming a softness that feels gently cared for.

Momonary Summer 2026 was photographed at Ravenscroft Park, with a way of looking inspired by Georgia O’Keeffe’s paintings— sometimes as close as a gaze resting against a flower petal, sometimes moving through the garden like wandering among flowers.
